1. NOT SATISFIED WITH THE PURCHASE

• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 calendar days of receipt. In order to do so, you will just need to fill up the following form providing us with the details necessary to locate and collect the product. From our side, as soon as we receive your communication, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your request and we will organize the pickup of the product. It is very important that you assure to protect the product enough so that it reaches our workshop in perfect conditions.

•Once collected and received the parcel back to our atelier we will proceed with the refund of the amount of the order shipping costs excluded. In case you have benefited from a free shipping, we will refund the total amount of the purchase less 9,90€ corresponding to the cost of pickup.

•Within a maximum of 14 calendar days, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that your order has been correctly refunded. The refund will be issued on the same bank account and to the same payment method originally used when the order was placed.


2. WRONG OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

In case the return is due to causes attributable to Miss Wood (defective product or not matching the description of the product purchased), Miss Wood shall be responsible for picking up the products and/or exchanging them for the correct products, and shall bear the costs associated with this return and/or exchange. Important notice: In case of receiving a defective product, it must be communicated within 24 hours by filling up the following form.


3. CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS 

Concerning customized products, you will be able to return products presenting imperfections only. In all the other cases Miss Wood will not refund the client.
