This Christmas at Miss Wood we want to make things easy for you. If you place your order between Black Friday and January 3rd, you can return it until January 14th. Surely your gift will be the success you hope for, but just in case... the return term will be extended.
1. NOT SATISFIED WITH THE PURCHASE
• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 calendar days of receipt. To do so, you will just need to fill up the following form providing us with the details necessary to locate the product. From our side, as soon as we receive your communication, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your request and we will send you a return label so that you can ship the product back to our workshop. It is
•Once received the parcel back to our atelier, we will proceed with the refund of the amount of the order shipping costs excluded. In case you have benefited from free shipping, we will refund the total amount of the purchase less 9,90 €.
•Within a maximum of 14 calendar days, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have proceeded with the refund. The refund will be issued on the same bank account and to the same payment method originally used when you placed the order.
2. WRONG OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
In case the return is due to causes attributable to Miss Wood (defective product or not matching the description of the product purchased), Miss Wood shall be responsible for the return of the products and/or exchanging them for the correct products, and shall bear the costs associated with this return and/or exchange. Important notice: In the case of receiving a defective product, you must communicate it within 24 hours by filling up the following form.
3. CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS
It will not be possible to modify or return any CUSTOMIZED item such as the photo printing, the customized calendar and none of the products included in the “customized” category, You will be able to return products presenting imperfections only. In all the other cases Miss Wood will not refund the client.
