If the order is still in our workshop, is usually easier to manage it, so notify us as soon as possible :) However, if the parcel is in the hands of the delivery company already, don’t worry, we have a solution for you. Just fill out the following form indicating your order number and the new address and we will be happy to modify your data or to transfer them to the courier.


Once the order is confirmed, we try to process it as soon as possible so that you can receive it shortly. If you wish to cancel or modify an item, we inform you that it will be possible only if the order is still in our warehouse and has not been sent already. The impossibility of delivery can depend on several reasons. A delay due to city traffic jam, weather conditions or simply because the company cannot find your home. The delivery company will try to deliver to the address you provided us with twice at most. It would be great if you can provide us with an address where there is always someone to pick up the parcel. The products we will send you are as faithful as possible to the pictures published on our web. However, you should consider that the colours may slightly vary depending on of screen through which you are watching them. Also, know that all our products are handmade with natural materials, so it is possible that, compared to the images on our website, some small differences may appear, which will make your product unique and irreplaceable.


It is always possible to enframe your Woody Map. Enframing your map is simple. You will just need to provide us with a date and a margin of 3 hours so that the carrier can collect your Woody Map. Then it will be shipped to our workshop, where we will enframe it and send it back to you as soon as possible. If you are interested in this option, complete the following form. We also inform you that it will not be possible to buy the frame only as it is composed of small parts that must be assembled in our workshop.


Yes, you can, always and according to the following terms. Once received your parcel, you will have 14 natural days to contact us and exchange or return your order. In both cases, fill out the following form and we will be happy to do the necessary as soon as possible. Last but not least, we inform you that the product (s) you want to return must arrive in our workshop in perfect condition and in its original packaging.


If you are not satisfied with the product received and you wish to return it, we will be happy to organize everything so that it can be the most practical and easy for you. You will just have to notify us by email and we will be happy to request the pickup of your product and the delivery company will come to collect it during the date and margin of 3 hours, which you indicated to us. Once received the product in our workshop, we will refund the amount of your order except the shipping costs equivalent to 9.90€.
