Kundalini class begins with chanting and ends with singing, and in between features asana, pranayama, mantras, mudras, and meditation designed to create a specific outcome.
How to practice:
The goal in a 90-minute class is to awaken kundalini energy that leads to spiritual elevation and kick-start the process of transformation, among chants, asanas and meditation.
