1. PURPOSE OF THE CONTEST

The business entity Miss Wood, located at Carrer Anna Maria Mogas 13, 08520. Corro d’Avall, phone number 602 35 36 84, is organizing a raffle on its official Instagram profile (https://www.instagram.com/misswood_bcn) named "Miss Wood Top 3," which will be conducted in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in this document.

2. ORGANIZER

Miss Wood will conduct a raffle aimed at individuals residing in Spain and Europe who are over 18 years of age. The raffle, called "Miss Wood Top 3," is intended to encourage participation and interaction on Miss Wood's Instagram profile (https://www.instagram.com/misswood_bcn/).

3. TERRITORIAL AND APPLICATION SCOPE OF THE CONTEST.

The raffle is open to individuals over 18 years of age residing in Spain, Italy, France, UK, Germany and Portugal.

4. TIMEFRAME

The promotional period is set to begin on October 6, 2023, at 9:00 AM and will run until October 13, 2023, at 11:59 PM, both times inclusive, in the Spain time zone. Entries submitted outside of this period will not be accepted.

The winners (3) will be announced on October 14, 2023, as specified in section 6 of these terms and conditions.

5. FREE NATURE OF THE RAFFLE.

The raffle will be conducted as a "free raffle," meaning that participation in this raffle will not entail any cost for the participants.

6. RAFFLE COMMUNICATION.

This raffle will be communicated during the active period through the Miss Wood website, Miss Wood's social media channels, and on the Instagram profile: (https://www.instagram.com/misswood_bcn/)

7. ELIGIBLE INDIVIDUALS AND RAFFLE MECHANICS.

To participate, individuals must follow the Miss Wood profile on Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/misswood_bcn/) and follow the instructions in the contest post:

2. Fill out the following form: https://misswood.eu/pages/sorteo-top-3

3. The winners (3) will be chosen from those who have participated during the promotional period, selected at random by the Miss Wood team.

8. PRIZE

The winners will receive one of the following prizes at random:

• Natural Map 90 x 60 cm White Frame (1)
• 3D Wooden Map 150 x 90 cm (1)
• Wooden Map 120 x 90 cm (3 pieces) (1)

9. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Once the raffle is concluded, the winners will be informed through a post on the Miss Wood Instagram account (https://www.instagram.com/misswood_bcn/). The post will instruct the winner to contact communication@misswood.barcelona to receive instructions on how to claim their prize. The winner has 5 business days to accept the prize and provide Miss Wood with the necessary information for prize delivery (full name, address, contact phone, and email). Failure to respond within the specified period will result in forfeiture of the prize.

10. RIGHTS ASSIGNMENT

By participating, both the winner and participants authorize the organizing company and collaborating brands to reproduce and use their name, last name, address, and email for promotional purposes.

11. RESERVATIONS AND LIMITATIONS

11.1. Miss Wood is not responsible for any malfunction of electronic communication networks that may hinder the normal course of the contest due to causes beyond their control, especially acts of bad faith by external parties.

11.2. They will also not be responsible for transmission problems or data loss not attributable to them.

11.3. Any abusive or fraudulent use of the application by users will result in the disqualification of the participant in the CONTEST. If such misuse of the application (with or without fraudulent intent) disrupts its proper functioning, Miss Wood will be exempt from all liability and may cancel the CONTEST.Similarly, it will be understood, by way of example but not limited to, that abuse or fraud occurs when a participant registers on the profile using a false identity or the identities of third parties without their consent.

11.4. Miss Wood is not responsible for possible losses, damages, delays, or any other circumstances attributable to third parties that may affect participation in the current CONTEST.

11.5. Miss Wood is not responsible for possible inappropriate or offensive content that users may upload at their own risk.

11.6. The confirmation of any of these circumstances during the CONTEST will result in automatic disqualification and a ban on participating in the contest, as well as the loss of the prize if it has been awarded.

11.7. Miss Wood is exempt from any responsibility in the event of an error in the data provided by the participants themselves that prevents their identification.

11.8. The awarding of the prize is personal and non-transferable. Winners may renounce the prize, but in no case can it be exchanged for another prize or its cash equivalent.

11.09. Miss Wood reserves the right to make changes that contribute to the successful conclusion of the CONTEST when there is a just cause or force majeure that prevents it from proceeding as outlined in these terms.

11.10. Miss Wood reserves the right to delete comments that violate fundamental rights and/or compromise the integrity of individuals.

12. ACCEPTANCE

Participation in the RAFFLE implies, by itself, the acceptance of these terms. The lack of this acceptance by the participant will result in their exclusion from the RAFFLE.

13. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

The information provided by participants in this contest is voluntary and aims to create a personal data file for Miss Wood to manage their participation in the contest and carry out future promotional and commercial actions for Miss Wood, if the contestant authorizes Miss Wood through their participation.

Without prejudice to the above, and as established by Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services, in each new communication, a simple and free procedure will be enabled where the participant can indicate that they do not wish to receive commercial communications.

The data owner has the right to access their data, object to their processing for commercial purposes, rectify them, or delete them. This intention must be communicated explicitly through a written request accompanied by a copy of their ID or passport sent to the address of Miss Wood or to the following email address: dontworry@misswood.es.
