Unfortunately, at the moment, we do not ship to Ceuta and Melilla. However, you can find our products in several stores
Miss Wood also informs that the courier company does not deliver during the weekend.
Miss Wood is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by the selected courier, in the event that any problem occurs, please contact us through the following form and we will try to solve it as soon as possible.
If your parcel cannot be delivered for any reason, the courier will send it back to Miss Wood. If this happens, we offer you two solutions: we can either refund your order or send you a new one at no extra cost. In either case, we will not proceed until the original order is already in transit to our workshop.
Please note that during periods of campaigns and promotions, the delivery timeframe may be longer than usual.
• Shipments are made through a courier service.
• Are included in shipping costs Value Added Tax (VAT) but no other taxes, fees, duties or surcharges.
• «Shipping» is the delivery of the articles at the domicile or address specified by the customer when the order is placed and is limited to the delivery zones set forth above.
• We do not accept any responsibility for delivery delays caused by the company of courier service.
• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 calendar days of receipt. In order to do so, you will just need to fill up the following form providing us with the details necessary to locate the product.
•Once collected and received the parcel back to our atelier we will proceed with the refund of the amount of the order.
• The refund will be issued on the same bank account and to the same payment method originally used when the order was placed.
After 14 calendar days of receipt, we still allow you to exchange the product received within 30 more calendar days. The procedure is as follows:

We will send you a return label to ship the product(s) back to our atelier
Once we receive the package, you will get a voucher equivalent to the total amount of the returned products, excluding shipping costs.

With your voucher, you can place a new order purchasing the item you like best. If you have some credit left, you can use it for another order.
It is not possible to returns or exchange any item after 45 calendar days from receipt.
Concerning Customized Products, Photos Printing and Customized Calendar you will be able to return products presenting imperfections only. In all the other cases Miss Wood will not refund the client.
The prices always include Value Added Tax (VAT), but no other taxes, fees, duties or surcharges.
The products are sold for the price given with the effective price being that indicated when the customer confirms the order.
Miss Wood reserves the right to change prices, articles, offers and others conditions of sale without notice.
Illustrations, store name, and store photos are protected by copyright law. Any improper use may be prosecuted.
For placing and tracking orders or other customer services that may be implemented in the future, personal data must be registered and a password chosen in order to sign in to restricted zones requiring prior identification. This prevents repeating the registration during future visits to the store. When you register with our server or place an order, your personal and address details, and the transactions made and being processed, are entered in our database, and shall solely be used for processing the order and its subsequent tracking. If you have given your express consent, and unless this has been revoked, your data shall also be used to send information about offers and services you may be interested in. You may change your customer registration details at any time (change of domicile, telephone, etc.) or request a password reminder if you have forgotten it.
We also hereby inform you, pursuant to Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on Personal Data Protection, and other existing data protection legislation, that the personal data contained in this form shall be entered into a file owned by MISS WOOD Barcelona SL for the purpose of channelling requests for information, suggestions, and customer complaints about the handling and resolution of these.
