Adding a frame to your Woody Map has never been easier! Now, we send it directly to you so that you can frame it yourself, quickly and safely. Choose the size of your map and the colour you like best. Together with the frame, you will also get some basic instructions to facilitate the assembly.

* In the case of Woody Map XXL or XXXL, it will be necessary to frame the map in our atelier. Here you can place your order, and we will explain how to do it.

Miss Wood also informs that the courier company does not deliver during the weekend.

Miss Wood is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by the selected courier, in the event that any problem occurs, please contact us through the following form and we will try to solve it as soon as possible.

Please note that during periods of campaigns and promotions, the delivery timeframe may be longer than usual.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

As soon as the order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail from the delivery company with an approximate date of delivery and the tracking link so that you will know all the time where your parcel is.

Don't worry. If Santa hasn't guessed right, you can return your purchase for FREE until January 31th :) Place your order already!

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 calendar days of receipt. In order to do so, you will just need to fill up the following form providing us with the details necessary to locate the product.
Once collected and received the parcel back to our atelier we will proceed with the refund of the amount of the order.
The refund will be issued on the same bank account and to the same payment method originally used when the order was placed.

CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS

Concerning Customized Products, Photos Printing and Customized Calendar you will be able to return products presenting imperfections only. In all the other cases Miss Wood will not refund the client.
