Choose the amount of the gift card and give it to whoever you want so that they can choose their favourite gift. We will send it to you by e-mail so that you can print it or forward it to them.

- The amount of the gift card has no expiry date: you can use it whenever you want.

How to use it?
Using the gift card is super simple. You just need to copy the code provided on the card at the time of payment on our website. Paste your code in the space "Gift card or discount code" and voilà. IMPORTANT! Do not forget to click on "Apply".
The balance of the gift card applies to the total value of the order, including taxes and shipping costs.
If the amount of your purchase is higher than the balance of the gift card, you will only have to pay the difference.
In case of partial use of the balance during the first purchase, you can keep the gift card for more future orders (no expiry date).

Miss Wood also informs that the courier company does not deliver during the weekend.
Miss Wood is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by the selected courier, in the event that any problem occurs, please contact us through the following form and we will try to solve it as soon as possible.
Please note that during periods of campaigns and promotions, the delivery timeframe may be longer than usual.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
As soon as the order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail from the delivery company with an approximate date of delivery and the tracking link so that you will know all the time where your parcel is.
Don't worry. If Santa hasn't guessed right, you can return your purchase for FREE until January 31th :) Place your order already!
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 calendar days of receipt. In order to do so, you will just need to fill up the following form providing us with the details necessary to locate the product.
- Once collected and received the parcel back to our atelier we will proceed with the refund of the amount of the order.
- The refund will be issued on the same bank account and to the same payment method originally used when the order was placed.
CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS
Concerning Customized Products, Photos Printing and Customized Calendar you will be able to return products presenting imperfections only. In all the other cases Miss Wood will not refund the client.
