BIKRAM YOGA
Founded by Bikram Choudhury in Bangladesh
This practice is designed to work your body and requires full mental concentration. Rooms are heated to 40 degrees, and every class is based on the same series of two breathing exercises and 26 poses in each class.
How to practice:
Bikram classes run for 90 minutes and always consist of 26 postures, namely 24 asanas, one pranayama, and one shatkarma in a fixed sequence.
