• Care instructions: If you want to clean your Miss Wood Backpack, you can use a damp cloth in case of isolated stains, or wash it by hand with cold water and a neutral soap.

IMPORTANT: Do not machine wash it nor tumble dry it. It is much better to hang it in the shade, so you will avoid the colour losing intensity with the sun.

Our Backpack is dyed and waxed, therefore, if machine washed, it will lose that wax and possibly also a bit of colour in the first washings.

Estimated delivery time: The calculation of the delivery time takes into account the production time, preparation and the type of shipment selected. This is an estimate, therefore, there may be a margin of 1 or 2 working days in advance or delay in the delivery of the package. 98% of packages are delivered on the estimated date.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 calendar days of receipt. In order to do so, you will just need to fill up the following form providing us with the details necessary to locate the product.

• Once collected and received the parcel back to our atelier we will proceed with the refund of the amount of the order.
• The refund will be issued on the same bank account and to the same payment method originally used when the order was placed.

After 14 calendar days of receipt, we still allow you to exchange the product received within 30 more calendar days.
