But indeed, of all the songs evoking something special in you or reminding you of an incredible journey, there is one album, playlist or track that you would always listen to, again and again. Now you can carry it with you everywhere with our Tag.
The ultimate customised gift, a Spotify song. Pick your tune, engrave it on your Tag and add a unique name to identify it.
On one side, the URI code of your album, playlist or song. On the other, a name, word or date.
Collect your favourite tags, add them to your keyring, combine the Spotify Tag with a Flag or Text Tag, and create the perfect gift.
This is a customized product, and the estimated delivery time is 5/7 working days.
What is the URI code?
The Spotify URI code is the unique identifier (link) of a song, album or playlist found in the Share menu.
How to get the URI code on Spotify? — APP version
To add your track, you need to enter the URI code. It's super easy to find:
1. Click on the ellipsis dots next to the song, album or playlist you chose.
2. Click Share > Copy Spotify URI.
3. Copy the code into the box and add your tag to your cart.

How to get the URI code on Spotify? — WEB version
1. Hover with your mouse over the selected track, album or playlist
2. Right-click on it
3. Click on Share > Copy link of the song or playlist.
How to enjoy your Spotify Tag?
Once received your customised tag, you only need to do the following:
1. Log in to your Spotify account
2. Click on the magnifying glass to search, and then click on the camera icon.
3. Scan your tag and listen.

Miss Wood also informs that the courier company does not deliver during the weekend.
Miss Wood is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by the selected courier, in the event that any problem occurs, please contact us through the following form and we will try to solve it as soon as possible.
If your parcel cannot be delivered for any reason, the courier will send it back to Miss Wood. If this happens, we offer you two solutions: we can either refund your order or send you a new one at no extra cost. In either case, we will not proceed until the original order is already in transit to our workshop.
Please note that during periods of campaigns and promotions, the delivery timeframe may be longer than usual.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
As soon as the order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail from the delivery company with an approximate date of delivery and the tracking link so that you will know all the time where your parcel is.
You can return your purchase for FREE until January 15th :) Place your order already!
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 calendar days of receipt. In order to do so, you will just need to fill up the following form providing us with the details necessary to locate the product.
- Once collected and received the parcel back to our atelier we will proceed with the refund of the amount of the order.
- The refund will be issued on the same bank account and to the same payment method originally used when the order was placed.
After 14 calendar days of receipt, we still allow you to exchange the product received within 30 more calendar days. The procedure is as follows:
Email dontworry@misswood.es, indicating your order number and the item(s) you want to exchange.
We will send you a return label to ship the product(s) back to our atelier
Once we receive the package, you will get a voucher equivalent to the total amount of the returned products, excluding shipping costs.

With your voucher, you can place a new order purchasing the item you like best. If you have some credit left, you can use it for another order.
It is not possible to returns or exchange any item after 45 calendar days from receipt.
*Due to weight and volume, for the Wooden Map 120 x 60 and 180 x 90, it will only be possible to return free of charge those products showing signs of imperfection. In all other cases, Miss Wood will refund the customer the price of the product except the corresponding return costs:
- Spain: 5€
- Italy, France Portugal, Germany, Denmark, Belgium, Netherlands, Austria, Luxembourg: 20€
- Balearic Island: 35
CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS
Concerning Customized Products, Photos Printing and Customized Calendar you will be able to return products presenting imperfections only. In all the other cases Miss Wood will not refund the client.
